Good food, great service at The Cliff

Celebrated a birthday with dinner at The Cliff. The seasonal menu was delicious. We had the pleasure of being attended to by Alson who was very personable with a fabulous memory, and made our celebration very special.

Great experience! Will definitely come back!🤍

Staffs are good and very accommodating especially Anna on the front desk, shes so sweet and answers all our queries! Kudos! Hotel ambiance is nice, clean room, has alot of freebies which i love! Its a good place to relax! Worth every penny!🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

We’ve stay for honey moon. The view from the room and meal are very good! Especially, Marcus’s service is really kind and friendly!

Stayed on the 13th April and till now, there was no official email asking for feedback. Hence, I shall place it here, since there is no response to a generic email that i send the feedback to, 1 week ago. Just want to offer my feedback to my stay at Sofitel Sentosa, which was quite disappointing. I was waiting for the official email following all stays to give my feedback but i never came. 1) It was nice to be able to receive an early check in at 11am. I arrived around 10.45am and was told that they are doing a last check to the rooms and can only get my keys 10 min after. However, I was waiting at the area outside the check in counter but no one came out to let me know that the room was ready. I saw some other guests who came later, getting their keys and so went to check with the staff at the counter. In most other hotels, the check-in slip will be left nearby but i noticed mine was already in the file and put aside and no rooms were assigned to me when I first checked in. So, that was a lie. 2) Even though the hotel was not fully booked (I checked the hotel booking later in the evening), I was not given any upgrade of rooms. This is regardless of me being a gold member. The April promotion was supposed to be 2 tier upgrade if rooms are available. 3) The hotel requires major re-furnishing. The flooring was uneven along the corridor with some panels coming off. Paint on the walls look run down. Water stains on the walls along the corridor and worse, There was this outdoor loft area with tables, I assume is for people to smoke. The tables were filled with water (somehow it was not covered and collecting rain water), carpets coming off. It looks like a huge mosquito breeding ground and looks like no one has been there for a while. This location also faces the construction site for the new Raffles hotel. 4) There was no sign pointing to the gym and the gym looks like it was an unplanned structure of the hotel, built in the middle of the field. There is no proper airing of space and it smelt like moist carpet. 5) The only staff who were friendly were the ones at The Cliff Restaurant. The other restaurants were not welcoming at all. 6) We waited quite a while to order drinks by the pool but there was only 1 staff and he was constantly not at the bar. 7) Room service was bad as well. We requested for more coffee and tea but it took very long and came only after we called to remind. 8) The welcome drinks was also the worse in all Accor hotels I have stayed so far. Even Ibis Styles in JB offers a nicer welcome drink experience. Please stop serving the welcome drink if you are going to serve it as a bottled drink (with no options) at the check-in counter. There are many other experiences that made the hotel undeserving of a 5* resort. It is my first time staying and probably going to be my last. I do not think that the hotel values their guests. I hope the resort will do something about it and live up to the quality of the SOfitel brand.

The service and the room was excellent we all had a wonderful time Rey Eidil and Marcus at the cliff and the pool . Everyone was so helpful the breakfast was lovely the room where very nice not that we spent much time there
